You must follow this policy to qualify for a full refund. This policy will be applied to the Silver, Gold and Platinum (Best Seller) Plan.

You can ask for a refund before your final approval or publishing our work/Design ( Like if you are not satisfied with our work ) then we will refund your entire money as we didn’t like our customers being unsatisfied with our work.

But if you didn’t confirm or respond after submission within 14 days , Your project will be automatically completed. So in this case we will not approve your refund request, cause we have already paid all the relevant teams once a project is completed.

Also after submitting our Work/Design, giving us your final approval or ending the project all sales are final. We will not approve any refund request as you have already taken our work and used it. 

If you purchase any of our packages, doesn’t take the optimized design but move with other options of that package like SEO, individual advice or any other services, that purchase also became non-refundable because of our hard work effort to complete those. 

If you don’t reply to our email or don’t send us a staff invitation within three days of starting this project, we will mark your project as complete. After that you can only request us for revisions.

When we get a refund request, We must clear all of our assets from your store. If you remove our access before clearing then your refund request will be cancelled immediately.

Because of the nature of services and hard effort, Some of our services are Non-refundable.
